PACCAR ESA 5.7.0 (Electronic Service Analyst) with SW Programming Files 2025 is the dealer-level diagnostic and programming tool for PACCAR trucks — Kenworth and Peterbilt. It reads and clears faults, runs diagnostics and updates controller firmware using the included flash files, so you can service PACCAR vehicles without online ePortal access.

ESA 5.7.0 is provided without ePortal access. Instead, we include SW programming (flash) files so you can connect to vehicles without online access. For engine programming specifically, you'll also need DAVIE4 software (sold separately). Ask us if you're unsure what your job needs.

Vehicle Coverage

PACCAR ESA covers Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks with PACCAR electronic systems — including PACCAR MX-13 and MX-11 engine platforms and the chassis/body modules on these trucks.
