- Parts catalogs and service information used to locate parts, repair procedures, wiring diagrams and technical documentation. These resources are different from live diagnostic applications, and our product pages explain the distinction.
- Remote installation support for eligible products. A technician connects to the customer’s Windows PC through a remote-support session, installs the purchased package, completes the included setup and checks that the software opens correctly.
A compatibility-first approach
The right software depends on more than the logo on the vehicle. The engine, controller, model year, machine family, Windows version, communication protocol, adapter and intended operation can all matter. For that reason, we encourage customers to verify compatibility before purchase instead of assuming that one program or adapter performs every task.
Our software-by-interface finder helps match common adapters with relevant software. The diagnostic adapter driver library provides installation resources for supported interfaces. If the requirement is unclear, customers can send us the equipment make, model, year, engine, current adapter and desired function through Support.
How a typical order works
- Choose the product. Review the version, coverage, system requirements, adapter notes and included service on the product page.
- Confirm uncertain compatibility. Ask before ordering if the machine, engine, interface or intended function is not clearly listed.
- Receive delivery instructions. Digital delivery and the installation process depend on the selected product.
- Complete remote setup when included. The technician installs and checks the package. A live connection to the vehicle or machine may be required to verify communication, and some products can be tested only when the correct adapter and equipment are available.
Some installed software and offline parts or service libraries can be used without a continuous internet connection. Internet may still be needed for initial delivery, remote installation, activation, updates, licensing or online manufacturer services. The product page states the conditions for each package.
