Wintrac Is a Data-Logging and Reporting Tool
Thermo King describes Wintrac as a Windows reporting utility for its data loggers. Its main strength is retrieving, organizing and displaying temperature and event records. It should not be confused with a universal reefer controller diagnostic or programming application.
If your goal is to document cargo temperature, review a trip, export logger records or change supported logger settings, Wintrac is the appropriate type of software. If you need compressor, engine or refrigeration-system troubleshooting, confirm the controller and required service tool before purchase.

Once installed, downloaded trip files can be viewed and organized locally. Internet is required for our TeamViewer installation session. Cloud telematics, live fleet tracking and services such as TracKing are separate from this Wintrac package.
