Description
Description
Nexiq eTechnician 2.15 (2026) is powerful diagnostic software for heavy-duty and light/medium-duty trucks. It gives technicians complete access to fault codes, live parameters and system scans across all major truck engine, brake and transmission brands — one tool that covers everything from a Detroit or Cummins big rig to a Ford or GM work truck. Delivered with an unlimited license.
HDS covers the big diesel brands (Detroit, Cummins, CAT, Mack, Volvo, PACCAR and more); LMT adds the light/medium diesel and gas engines in Ford, GM, Isuzu and Dodge/RAM trucks. A shop that services mixed fleets only needs this one program.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between HDS and LMT?
HDS (Heavy-Duty Support) covers big-rig diesel brands like Detroit, Cummins, CAT, Mack and Volvo. LMT (Light/Medium-Duty) covers Ford, GM, Isuzu and Dodge/RAM diesel and gas engines plus generic OBD II. Both are included.
Which trucks does it cover?
Almost every major truck brand — heavy-duty (Detroit, Cummins, CAT, Mack, Volvo, PACCAR, Freightliner and more) and light/medium (Ford, GM, Isuzu, Dodge/RAM). Send us your truck details to confirm.
Does it clear codes on all engines?
It reads and clears codes across supported systems, with one exception: HDS does not clear fault codes on Caterpillar electronic engines.
What adapter do I need?
A Nexiq USB-Link 2/3 or other RP1210-compliant adapter. It's not included with the software.
