Navistar SDS 2025 — International Diagnostic Software (2017+)

Navistar SDS (Service Diagnostics Solutions) 2025 is Navistar's official diagnostic and programming tool for International vehicles. It's the modern platform built to support current and future International-branded components — the newer, full-featured successor for diagnosing International trucks and buses, including diesel and electric platforms.

SDS supports 2017 and newer Navistar/International engines.

The adapter is not included and must be purchased separately. SDS uses standard RP1210A drivers, which are device-specific and installed separately depending on your adapter (not bundled with SDS). Ask us if you need help choosing one.

How is SDS different from NED?

SDS is Navistar's newer platform for 2017-and-newer International vehicles, including electric models, with Health Reports and module programming. NED covers older MaxxForce and N-series engines. Tell us your engine/year and we'll point you to the right one.

Which engines does it cover?

2017-and-newer International engines — including the A26 (2017 and 2021 GHG) and electric platforms like the eMV and CE electric school bus.

What adapter do I need?

A NEXIQ USB-Link 3, Dearborn DPA5 Pro or Noregon DLA+ 2.0. The adapter and its RP1210A drivers are not included.

How is it delivered?
