Frequently Asked Questions

Why are two versions (2024.06 and 2018) included?

Some older Komatsu models were removed from the newest database. The 2018 version still contains that content, so together the two give you the widest coverage — new and legacy machines. If a manual doesn't open in 2024.06, it's most likely available in the 2018 set.

Does it cover my region?

Both versions are the "All Regions" editions. Send us your model or serial number and we'll confirm it's included.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once installed, the CSS library runs offline — you only need a connection for the initial remote installation.
