This is a document database, not the diagnostic software. Remote installation is included, but you must already have CNH EST version 9.10, 9.11 or 9.14 installed and activated on your laptop. Without an active CNH EST, eTimGo will not work. If you don't have it, you can purchase a CNH EST installation from us.
