Navistar Engine Diagnostics (NED) 2025 is professional International truck diagnostic software for supported Navistar and International electronic engine systems using J1939. It helps technicians read and clear fault codes, monitor and graph live engine data, run supported service-bay tests, review trip information, and adjust configurable engine parameters.

Remote installation and setup are included. We install NED on one compatible Windows computer through TeamViewer, configure the selected RP1210 adapter, and verify that the application opens correctly. The vehicle communication adapter is sold separately.

What Is Navistar NED Software?

Navistar NED—also searched as NEDS—is an engine diagnostic application intended for mixed fleets, repair shops, owner-operators, and technicians servicing supported International and Navistar engines. Coverage and available functions depend on the engine family, production year, vehicle configuration, adapter, and access level.

Important: NED is primarily an engine diagnostic and parameter tool. Body-controller programming may require Diamond Logic Builder, while later International applications may require Navistar SDS. Calibration programming or online functions can require separate credentials, subscriptions, or NavKal access.
