International Diamond Logic Builder (DLB) is cab and chassis electrical diagnostic and configuration software for International trucks and IC Buses equipped with the Diamond Logic electrical system. It communicates with supported cab/body controllers so technicians can read electrical fault codes, monitor vehicle signals, test components and work with programmable chassis features.
This listing includes remote installation of the available Diamond Logic Builder software package on a compatible Windows computer. The exact build, access level and any online or OEM-account services should be confirmed before ordering.
Use Diamond Logic Builder for supported cab, body and chassis electrical systems. For Navistar engine ECM diagnostics, use Navistar Engine Diagnostics (NED) or the application required by the engine and model year.

Depending on the truck and available access, Diamond Logic features can support vocational body and chassis integrations such as:

Compatible Diagnostic Adapters
Communication requires a compatible RP1210A vehicle interface and the correct International vehicle cable. Common shop interfaces include NEXIQ USB-Link 2 or USB-Link 3 and other supported RP1210 devices.

Does Diamond Logic Builder diagnose the engine?
DLB is primarily for the International cab/chassis electrical system, not engine ECM diagnostics. Use Navistar NED, ServiceMaxx or the engine manufacturer's diagnostic application as required.
Does installing DLB automatically provide Level 3 access?
No. Official Level 2 and Level 3 permissions normally depend on Navistar training and authorization. Confirm the access included with this listing and the exact programming task before ordering.
Can DLB program PTO and body-builder features?
DLB can work with supported PTO, interlock, lighting, switch and custom body/chassis logic when the vehicle and permission level support those functions. Availability is not universal.
Which adapter do I need?

Is an official Navistar annual subscription included?
No official annual subscription, OEM account or online service should be assumed unless it is specifically listed and confirmed in writing. International currently sells its official DLB product key on an annual basis.
