Cummins INSITE 9.3 Pro is the dealer-level diagnostic and programming software for Cummins electronic engines. It gives you direct access to your engine's electronic performance data so you can diagnose faults, adjust parameters, run calibrations and flash ECMs without waiting for a dealer appointment. This package ships with Fleet Calibrations, the Zap-It password utility and INCAL Online 2026 calibration access, installed remotely on your PC via TeamViewer.

System requirements

Installation and delivery

Installation is performed remotely by one of our specialists over TeamViewer. You book a time, we connect to your PC, install and activate the software, and verify it communicates with your adapter before we disconnect. Typical setup takes 1 to 2 hours, with same-day scheduling available.

Frequently asked questions

Does INSITE 9.3 Pro work with a Nexiq USB-Link 3?

Yes. INSITE 9.3 works with any RP1210-compliant adapter, including the Nexiq USB-Link 2 and 3. Use a wired connection rather than Bluetooth for calibration work.

What is the difference between INSITE Pro and INSITE Lite?

Lite is limited to reading fault codes and basic data. Pro unlocks parameter editing, calibrations, ECM flashing, functional tests and Fleet Calibrations — everything a workshop needs.

What does Zap-It do?

Zap-It removes ECM passwords so you can access and modify parameters that would otherwise be locked.

Do I need INCAL to flash an ECM?

Yes. INCAL holds the calibration files. This package includes INCAL Online 2026 access so you always pull the current calibrations.

How many computers can I install it on?

The license covers one PC. Contact us if you need additional workstations.
