IVECO ALPHANUMERIC CODE CALCULATOR

We provide a service for installing Iveco Alphanumeric Code Calculator software - additional software that allows you to change configurations in Iveco brand trucks.

The program is an Alpha Code decryptor depending on the changed machine configuration parameters. It works together with Iveco Easy software, as well as the Iveco Easy diagnostic device, which allow you to read the original Alpha Code and upload the already changed one - this is how the configuration of cars currently available is changed.

Alpha Code is a code with an encrypted machine configuration. It can usually be found on a label that is affixed either to the EDC unit or in the on-board computer area. In addition, this code can be read using the Iveco Easy interface, as well as the Iveco Easy diagnostic software.

What parameters can be changed in different EDC control units?

In the EDC MS 6.2 control unit:

• Speed ​​Limiter – you can change speed limits
• Immobiliser – allows you to enable/disable Immo
• Turbine Sensor – you can change the type of turbine wheel speed sensor
• Brake system – braking system (ABS or EBS)
• Turbine – manufacturer, as well as type and installed turbocharger (HY\HX – Holset, KKK(3K)-Borg Warner, Westinghouse)
• Transmission – works with gearbox type (Eurotronic, Mechanical, Astronic, Allison)
• Retarder - working with the vehicle deceleration system without using the main braking system (Disable/ZF)
• Efficiency – you can enable/disable Economy mode, as well as Overdrive mode)

In the EDC 7 control unit:

• Speed ​​Limiter – you can change speed limits
• Brake system – working with the brake system (ABS or EBS)
• Cruise control – work with cruise control (can be turned on/off)

In the EDC 16 control unit:

• Speed ​​Limiter – you can change speed limits
• Climate system – work with the climate control system (can be turned on/off)
• Cruise control – you can enable/disable the cruise control system
• Immobiliser – enable/disable Immo available
• KOM – you can enable/disable the power take-off
• Injector class – you can change the type of injector (depending on which motor is installed)
