DETROIT DIESEL CALIBRATION TOOL DDCT 4.5C1 + METAFILES + CALIBRATIONS

Detroit Diesel Calibration Tool (DDCT) 4.5C1 is the utility used to load and manage calibration files on Detroit engine control modules. This package includes the tool along with a library of metafiles and calibrations, so you are not left with software but no data to use it with.

What DDCT Does

• Load calibration files onto Detroit engine control modules
• Manage and organize calibration libraries locally
• Work offline, without needing an active online connection to pull each file
• Support ECM replacement work where a calibration has to be written to a new module

Engine Coverage

DDCT is used across the Detroit engine range, including Series 60, MBE900, MBE4000, DD13, DD15 and DD16.

Calibration libraries are dated — tell us your engine and serial number before ordering and we will confirm whether the calibration you need is in this package.

System Requirements and Interfaces

• Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
• An RP1210-compatible interface such as Nexiq USB-Link 2/3 or Noregon DLA+ 2.0
• Substantial free disk space for the calibration library

The diagnostic adapter is not included and must be purchased separately.

Will the calibration for my engine be included?

Send us the engine serial number before you order. Calibration libraries have a cutoff date, and we would rather tell you up front than have you buy something that does not cover your unit.

Do I need an adapter?

Yes, for writing to a module. Any RP1210-compatible interface will work — Nexiq USB-Link 2 or 3, Noregon DLA+ 2.0, and equivalents.

How is it delivered?

Remote installation via TeamViewer. Given the size of the calibration library, allow extra time for the transfer.
